Psychologist (Consultant) Jobs – Xclusive UgandaThis job falls under:Health Jobs in Uganda, Medicine and Pharmacy Jobs in UgandaJob Title: Psychologist (Consultant)Organisation: Xclusive UgandaDuty Station: Kampala, Uganda About Organisation: Xclusive Uganda is a group of Horticulture companies consists of 3 companies: Xclusive Young Plants, Xclusive Kalanchoe and Xclusive Chrysanthemum. Our total production area is about 11 hectares, and we work together with 550 colleagues. Job Summary: To promote mental health and emotional well-being by assessing, counseling, and supporting individuals to overcome psychological and behavioral challenges. Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Identifying and Diagnosing Psychological, emotional, and Behavioral issues.

Develop and implement treatment plans and Therapeutic processes.

Monitor client progress through interactive sessions.

Define and set patient treatment goals and Plan actions to achieve them.

Provide group and family therapy to help clients cope with trauma and crisis.

Work closely with The Clinical team to provide comprehensive treatment.

Keep accurate and confidential client records.

### Qualifications, Skills and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in psychology (Master’s degree is an added advantage).

Valid professional registration or practicing license.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional ethics.

Computer literacy and report-writing skills.

Ability to work independently.
