Job Summary

A dynamic and results-driven Projects Sales Executive to drive project sales, develop strategic client relationships, and convert opportunities into successful contracts. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated sales professional with experience in B2B and project-based selling in the Hardware and Construction Industry.

### Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new project sales opportunities.

- Manage the full project sales cycle from lead generation to contract award.

- Prepare quotations, proposals, and technical submissions.

- Identify and participate in tenders and Requests for Proposals (RFPs).

- Build and maintain strong client relationships.

- Coordinate internal teams for smooth project handover.

- Prepare sales reports and revenue forecasts.

- Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field.

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in project or technical sales.

- Experience in tendering, bid preparation, and contract negotiation.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Minimum Requirements

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in project or technical sales.
