Key Responsibilities
for Project Planning and Documentation Engineer Jobs in Kawambwa Develop, update, and monitor detailed project schedules and work plans. Track project progress, identifying any delays or deviations from the plan. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for management review. Coordinate with project teams to gather and analyze relevant project data. Maintain accurate and organized documentation and records of all project activities. Assist in resource planning and forecasting to support project execution. Ensure strict compliance with project timelines and reporting standards. Support management by providing planning analysis and fulfilling documentation requirements. Systematically maintain correspondence, technical drawings, reports, and records.
Qualifications
and Experience Bachelor of Engineering or Diploma in Mechanical or Civil Engineering. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in project planning and documentation roles. Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Microsoft Office suite. Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills. Experience in construction or industrial project environments is preferred. All

Authority (ZAQA) – this is a mandatory requirement. Preferred
Skills
In-depth knowledge of project scheduling techniques. Excellent organizational

and document control expertise. Proven ability to coordinate teams and manage time effectively.
