VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT@ VISION PAINT & BUILDING SERVICES (VPBS)POSITION: PROJECT MANAGER Location: MzuzuOVERVIEW Vision Paint & Building Services (VPBS) is looking for a highly organized and results-driven project manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of construction, painting, and building maintenance projects.Key Responsibilities1. Plan, coordinate, and manage projects from commencement to completion.2. Develop project programs, schedules, and work plans.3. Coordinate site teams, contractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders.4. Monitor project progress against approved schedules and budgets.5. Supervise site activities and ensure work is executed according to specifications.6. Monitor workmanship, quality, safety, and project performance.7. Identify and resolve project challenges and delays.8. Prepare project progress reports and updates.9. Coordinate procurement and timely availability of materials and equipment.10. Maintain effective communication with clients and management.11. Ensure projects are delivered within agreed scope, quality, time, and cost parameters.Requirements1. Diploma or degree in project management, construction management, civil engineering, building technology, or a related field.2. Minimum 3 years’ relevant project management experience.3. Proven experience managing construction or building-related projects.4. Strong planning, leadership, and coordination skills.5. Good understanding of construction processes, materials, and site operations.6. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.7. Strong reporting and documentation skills.8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.9.
