## Job Description

### Key Responsibilities

- Plan and oversee all aspects of production from pre-production to delivery.

- Manage crews, budgets, schedules, permits and logistics.

- Coordinate with clients, directors, vendors and internal teams.

- Identify and solve challenges quickly, keeping productions on track.

- Ensure a safe, efficient and positive working environment.

Qualifications

- Proven production management experience in film, TV, documentary or branded content.

- Strong organisational and logistical skills.

- Excellent time management and the ability to work under pressure.

- Great communication and leadership skills.

- A solutions-oriented mindset and attention to detail.

- A passion for creating impactful stories.
