Our client in Lusaka, is looking for a Procurement Officer to join their team for a job vacancy within the hospitality Industry.

### Key Responsibilities

- Source quotations and purchase goods and services in line with company procedures.

- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and negotiate competitive prices.

- Monitor inventory and ensure office and hospitality supplies are always available.

- Process purchase orders and maintain procurement records.

- Coordinate accommodation, travel, catering, and meeting arrangements.

- Ensure meeting rooms and hospitality areas are clean, organized, and well-stocked.

- Receive and inspect deliveries to ensure quality and accuracy.

- Resolve supplier or service-related issues promptly.

- Prepare procurement reports and maintain accurate documentation.

- Perform any other duties assigned by management.

### Qualifications & Experience

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Procurement & Supply, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in procurement, administration, hospitality, or a similar role.

- Membership with the Zambia Institute of Purchasing and Supply (ZIPS) is an added advantage.
