Orient Construction is hiring a Procurement & Logistics Officer to Liaise with suppliers and site teams, monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with procurement procedures. The role is based in Nairobi and experience in supply chain management is required.

### Key Responsibilities

PROCUREMENT SUPPORT

- Source materials, prepare purchase orders, obtain supplier quotations, and maintain procurement records.

LOGISTICS & INVENTORY MANAGEMENT

- Coordinate material deliveries, monitor inventory, and maintain accurate logistics documentation.

SUPPLIER & SITE COORDINATION

- Liaise with suppliers and site teams, monitor supplier performance, and ensure compliance with procurement procedures.

REPORTING & ADMINISTRATION

- Prepare procurement reports, maintain documentation, and support compliance with company policies and audits.

Qualifications

- Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 5–8 years’ experience in procurement or logistics, preferably in the construction industry.

- Knowledge of construction materials and site operations is an added advantage.

- Membership with KISM or CIPS is required or in progress toward certification.
