VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT @ Malawi Housing Corporation (MHC)POSITION: Procurement and Disposal ClerkGrade: HC 10Location: Regional Office (South), BlantyreReporting To: Regional Manager (South)OverviewMalawi Housing Corporation (MHC), the premier provider of housing and ancillary services in Malawi, is inviting applications from suitably qualified and experienced candidates for the position of Procurement and Disposal Clerk. The successful candidate will support procurement and disposal activities while ensuring compliance with public procurement legislation, regulations, and MHC policies.Key Duties & ResponsibilitiesCompile procurement requirements and requisitions from user departments and sections.Source quotations and prepare comparative sheets and quotation evaluations.Procure goods, works, and services in accordance with procurement procedures.Prepare Local Purchase Orders (LPOs).Follow up with suppliers on undelivered goods and services.Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual procurement and disposal reports to Head Office.Maintain procurement and disposal records.Open, record, and close tender documents.Qualifications & Work ExperienceCIPS Diploma Level 5.Minimum of 3 years' experience in a busy organization.Skills & CompetenciesHonesty and integrity.Knowledge of public procurement legislation and regulations.Good numerical and analytical skills.Proficiency in ICT.Good communication and interpersonal skills.How to ApplyInterested candidates should submit:Application LetterUpdated Curriculum Vitae (CV)Copies of academic and professional certificatesNames and contacts of three (3) traceable refereesApplications should clearly indicate the position being applied for.Submit your application through ONE of the following methods:By Post/Hand Delivery:The Chief Executive Officer Malawi Housing Corporation P.O.
