The Principal will provide overall executive leadership across the entire school, directly serve as Headteacher of the High School, and line-manage the EYFS/Primary Headteacher to ensure a cohesive, high-quality educational vision.SchoolHillview International School is a modern, innovative, and growing institution located in the warm heart of Africa (Malawi). Following a period of significant growth and the continued evolution of our school, we are seeking an outstanding leader to guide Hillview into its next chapter of growth, academic distinction, and whole-school success.SpecificationsLeading the strategic vision, operations, and policy development across the whole school (EYFS to High School) in collaboration with the Board of Governors;Acting as functional Headteacher of the High School, taking direct responsibility for academic outcomes, teaching standards, and pastoral care in Key Stages 3, & 4;Line-managing and supporting the EYFS/Primary Headteacher to ensure seamless curriculum continuity and high educational standards across all phases;Managing school finances, resources, and staffing efficiently while maintaining full regulatory and safeguarding compliance;Serving as an energetic and visible ambassador for Hillview within the local, national, and international communities.Start date: August 2027Application deadline: 02 November 2026
