### Key Qualifications, Experience and Skills Required

A minimum of a Bachelor of Education degree from a recognized university Must be registered with the Teachers Service Commission

Minimum 10 years of teaching experience and continuous teaching experience in the field, minimum 3 years' experience as a principal/deputy principal or in any relevant school leadership role. Strong understanding of the CBE Curriculum.

Skills, knowledge, abilities & values

A team player with good command of written and spoken English

Good knowledge of Childhood Development.

Creative and good teaching/reading abilities. Patient and hands-on with children.

Good intra and interpersonal skills.

Knowledgeable in modern pedagogy and demonstrable teaching practices.

Innovative and creative individual.

Good planning and organization skills.

Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.

Outstanding oral and written communication skills with a keen eye for detail.

Possess problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
