Deputy Head Teacher / Head of Department – Primary Minimum ### Requirements At least three (3) years of teaching experience in a primary school setting. Prior leadership experience as a Head of Department, Deputy Head Teacher, or similar role is highly advantageous. Diploma or Degree in Primary Education. Registration with the Teaching Council of Zambia (TCZ) is mandatory. Demonstrated leadership ### skills including curriculum supervision, staff mentoring, lesson observation, and effective communication. Self-motivated, disciplined, collaborative, and of high integrity. ### Key Responsibilities Supervise teaching staff and oversee schemes of work. Monitor learner academic performance and progress. Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment within the school. Engage and communicate effectively with parents and guardians. 2. Primary School Teacher Minimum ### Requirements Minimum of three (3) years teaching experience in a primary school. Diploma or Degree in Primary Education. Must be registered with the Teaching Council of Zambia (TCZ). Capability to teach all primary school subjects effectively. Experience teaching Grade 4 to 7 examination classes is an added advantage. Strong ### skills in lesson delivery, classroom management, record-keeping, and computer literacy. Patient, dedicated, and committed to supporting learner achievement.
