Requirements
At least three (3) years of teaching experience in a primary school setting. Prior leadership experience as a Head of Department, Deputy Head Teacher, or similar role is highly advantageous. Diploma or Degree in Primary Education. Registration with the Teaching Council of Zambia (TCZ) is mandatory. Demonstrated leadership
skills
including curriculum supervision, staff mentoring, lesson observation, and effective communication. Self-motivated, disciplined, collaborative, and of high integrity.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise teaching staff and oversee schemes of work. Monitor learner academic performance and progress. Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment within the school. Engage and communicate effectively with parents and guardians. 2. Primary School Teacher Minimum
Requirements
