## Job Description

POS/PDQ Sales Representative position at Brisk Marketing acquiring merchants and onboarding them onto payment solutions, requiring a Diploma or Degree in Business with 1-2 years experience in field sales, in a fintech/payments environment, on-site role in the Coast region.

As a POS/PDQ Sales Rep, you will be responsible for acquiring merchants, onboarding them onto our payment solutions, and driving transaction activity.

Qualifications & Experience

- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field

- At least 1-2 years of experience in field sales (FMCG, Telco, Banking, or Fintech preferred)

- Experience in B2B or door-to-door sales targeting SMEs/merchants

- Strong communication and negotiation skills

- Fluent in English and Swahili

- Basic understanding of business operations and digital payment solutions

- Ability to work independently and meet daily/ weekly targets

- Comfortable using smartphones and sales CRM tools

### Key Responsibilities

- Identify and acquire new merchants

- Educate merchants on POS/PDQ/payment solutions

- Ensure successful onboarding and first transaction

- Drive merchant activity and retention

- Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline
