## Job Description

As a PPC Intern, you will gain valuable hands-on experience working alongside experienced Personal Portfolio Consultants, learning about client relationship management, insurance solutions, customer service, and portfolio growth.

Key performance areas (duties and responsibilities)
Assist with client onboarding and relationship management.Engage with prospective and existing clients, providing information on products and services.Conduct client needs analyses and assist in identifying suitable insurance solutions.Handle client service, sales, and claims-related enquiries professionally.Maintain strong relationships with clients, referral partners, and insurance partners.Follow up on client queries and provide ongoing support throughout the client journey.Assist with achieving team sales and service objectives.Prepare reports and provide feedback to management when required.Stay informed of industry trends and market developments.Deliver excellent service to both internal and external stakeholders.

## Requirements

Knowledge, skills and abilities:

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Good organisational and time-management abilities.Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office.Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Ability to work collaboratively within a team. Matric plus a national diploma or degree in a related field.Must be unemployed and between 18 and 30 years of age.Must be a South African citizen.Must be willing to work from our offices in Springs, Gauteng.No prior experience required.A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and passion for customer service are essential.What you'll gain:
