Job description

Qualifications & Experience

• Relevant diploma/degree or professional qualification in people & culture or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years’ relevant experience, including supervisory/management responsibility; luxury hotel or resort experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, planning, cost-control and team-management capability.
• Excellent communication, guest/service orientation and ability to deliver high standards in a pre-opening environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
