## Job Description

PATA is recruiting a Technical Lead based in Zambia for The HIV-Instrument programme. This full-time contract has a hybrid working arrangement. The role leads in-country technical support for adolescent-friendly, stigma-free HIV, sexual and reproductive health, and mental health services. Responsibilities include liaising with health authorities and partners, managing country activities and teams, mentoring district health workers, improving service quality and data, and strengthening community-to-facility referrals. Applicants must be based in Zambia, legally eligible to work there and willing to travel locally and regionally. PATA has not named a city or salary. ## Requirements

Master’s degree in Public Health, Social Sciences, Development Studies or Nursing; 3–5 years in HIV/SRH programming focused on adolescent girls, young women or key populations; proven district or facility technical assistance and quality improvement experience; NGO or donor-funded sector experience; familiarity with national AIDS structures and DHIS2; English and relevant local language proficiency; legal eligibility to work in Zambia and travel ability. Project management training is preferred. Medical training with a Public Health diploma is advantageous; clinical practitioners must hold required medical association registration.
