Job description
PATA is recruiting a Project Administrator based in Zambia for The HIV-Instrument programme. This is a full-time contract with a hybrid working arrangement. The role supports financial administration, expenditure tracking and bank reconciliations; coordinates procurement, contracts, travel, workshops and budgets; and prepares project records and reports for country and regional teams. Applicants must be based in Zambia and legally eligible to work there; local travel is required. PATA has not named a city or salary. Requirements
BSc or diploma in Business Administration, or diploma in Project Management and Administration; 3–5 years of relevant experience; strong planning, problem-solving, communication and attention to detail; written and spoken English; legal eligibility to work in Zambia and ability to travel locally. NGO or donor-funded project administration experience is highly advantageous; additional African languages are an asset.
