### PARTNERSHIP MANAGER – AGENCY NETWORKS

Reports to: Chief Partnership Officer | 1 Position

Build strategic relationships with investment agencies, broker-dealers and advisory networks to grow revenue and market share.

### Key Responsibilities

- Develop and manage agency, wealth management and institutional distribution partnerships.

- Lead partner due diligence, negotiation, contracting and onboarding.

- Drive partner productivity, client acquisition, inflows and revenue.

- Provide product training and sales support; coordinate joint marketing.

- Track, forecast and report partnership-channel performance.

### Requirements

- Full Grade 12 Certificate and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics or related field. A Master’s is an added advantage.

- Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience.

- Strong analytical, negotiation and communication skills; proficient in MS Office and collaboration tools.
