Part-Time Faculty in Business – Unicaf University Zambia
Unicaf University is an independent, accredited university, offering high-quality

As part of our continued growth in Zambia, we are seeking qualified and experienced academics to join our team as Part-Time Faculty in the following areas:

Occupational Health and Safety Management

Hospitality Management
-
Human Resource Management
-
Project Management
Key Responsibilities
Successful candidates will be expected to
-
Deliver engaging face-to-face tutorials and online teaching sessions.

Facilitate learning through the University’s Virtual Learning Environment (VLE).

Maintain regular communication with students via email and the VLE.
-
Monitor student progress and provide timely, constructive academic feedback.

Assess and grade assignments in accordance with university policies and quality standards.
-
Support students throughout their learning journey to promote academic success.

Undertake relevant academic and administrative duties as required.
Requirements
Applicants should possess
-
A relevant postgraduate qualification (Master’s degree or above).

Excellent written and spoken English language skills.
-
ZAQA-certified academic qualifications (a scanned copy of the ZAQA certificate must be available).
-
Proven experience teaching at a higher education institution.
-
Strong commitment to student-centered teaching and academic excellence.
-
Experience in online teaching and learning will be considered an advantage.
