## Job Description

Responsible for overseeing daily packhouse floor operations, coordinating staff, monitoring production activities, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring efficient handling and packing of produce. Requires a relevant qualification in agriculture, food processing, production management, or a related field. The position is based in Nairobi and requires on-site work.

### Key responsibilities

- Oversee daily floor operations: receiving, sorting, grading and packing

- Manage staff shifts, productivity, discipline and on-the-job training

- Ensure produce handling meets hygiene, safety and quality standards

- Coordinate with QA, logistics and farm teams to meet dispatch schedules

- Monitor equipment, packaging materials and stock levels

### Qualifications

- Diploma or degree in agriculture, horticulture, operations or a related field

- Minimum 3 years’ experience managing packhouse or production floor operations

- Strong people management and organisational skills

- Able to work under pressure to meet tight export deadlines

- Location: Solai, Nakuru County, Kenya | Full-time, on-site with travel as needed
