Oxfam Kenya is hiring a Just Economies Programme Officer for its Accountable Governance work in Nairobi. This is a fixed-term, 35-hour-per-week role with a hybrid workplace arrangement. Bachelor’s degree in Law, Economics, Development Studies, Social Sciences or a governance-related field; at least five years of experience designing, managing and delivering development projects in an NGO or similar setting; knowledge of fiscal justice, public finance, advocacy and campaigning; strong programme and partner management, research, monitoring and evaluation, fundraising, donor reporting and budget skills; excellent written and spoken English. Swahili is an advantage. Oxfam also expects commitment to its values, feminist principles and safeguarding standards.
