## Job Description

Job Purpose

We are seeking a highly experienced and result oriented implant representative with strong technical and commercial knowledge in trauma, spine hip and knee arthroplasty

### Key Responsibilities

- Promote and support the company’s trauma, spine and arthroplasty implant portfolio.

- Provide accurate product guidance and intraoperative technical support when required.

- Build and maintain professional relationships with hospitals, surgeons, theatre personnel and other clients.

- Coordinate implant and instrument availability, usage records, replenishment and follow-up.

- Support product training, demonstrations, market development and achievement of agreed sales targets.

- Preferably, the candidate should be a resident of Nakuru and be willing to work across the country.

Qualifications

- At least five (5) years’ proven experience as an orthopedic implant representative.

- Wide practical experience in trauma, spine, hip arthroplasty and knee arthroplasty implants and instrumentation.

- Qualification as a nurse, theatre technologist or an equivalent relevant healthcare professional.

- Sound knowledge of theatre procedures, implant systems, surgical instrumentation and operating-room protocols.

- Strong communication, product-demonstration, relationship-management and sales skills.

- Ability to provide dependable technical support to surgeons and theatre teams before, during and after procedures.

- High standards of professionalism, integrity, accountability and customer service.
