Orgmento is recruiting a junior software engineer in Accra for Ghana’s National Service year. The role is on site and full time.
Join an Agile team building software products. Write, test and debug code, maintain applications, document systems and learn from experienced engineers. Orgmento says professional experience is not required and will provide training. This opening is strictly for 2026 bachelor’s graduates due to begin National Service in 2026; people who have already completed National Service are ineligible. Requirements
Demonstrable coding experience, including personal or GitHub projects; proficiency in at least one language such as Python, C, C++, C# or Java; familiarity with development tools such as Git/GitHub, Jira or an IDE; basic algorithms and data structures; analytical problem-solving and teamwork. Applicants must have Ghana work authorization and an NSS number.
