- Management & Buying Roles: Minimum of a Degree or Diploma.
- Department Supervisors: Minimum of a Diploma or Certificate.
- For All Other Roles: Minimum of 5 'O' Levels (including Mathematics and English Language).
- Experience: Relevant retail experience in your chosen role (regional/SA supermarket experience is a massive plus
