Production Support & Documentation

- Ensure rolling-oil systems are prepared and available prior to CRM startup and remain within operating parameters during production.

- Coordinate with CRM operators during startup, shutdown, product changeovers, and operational adjustments.

- Record and monitor oil temperature, pressure, flow, tank levels, filter condition, and other required operating parameters.

- Maintain accurate shift logs, inspection records, oil consumption records, and operational checklists.

- Provide effective shift handovers, highlighting equipment condition, process status, and outstanding issues.

- Escalate any abnormal conditions that may impact safety, quality, equipment reliability, or production performance.

Safety, Environment & Housekeeping
