MOARI OIL – WE ARE HIRING!Operations ManagerWe are seeking a results-driven Operations Manager to lead and optimize our operations across all stations and business units, driving efficiency, compliance, and profitability.Key ResponsibilitiesLead HSSEQ by ensuring compliance with Health, Safety, Security, Environment and Quality standards across all operations.Oversee Supply Chain to ensure efficient sourcing, procurement, and product movement.Manage Product Distribution to guarantee safe, timely, and uninterrupted delivery across all operational locations.Direct Inventory Control by optimizing stock management, minimizing losses, and maintaining inventory accuracy.Ensure Regulatory Compliance with all statutory, industry, and company operational requirements.Drive Operational Excellence by improving performance, coordinating resources, and delivering business objectives.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.Minimum 5 years’ Operations Management experience within an OMC.Strong knowledge of HSSEQ, regulatory compliance, logistics, and inventory management.Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Interested?Send your CV to:hrandadmin@moarioil.com📍 Location: Accra, Ghana📅 Deadline: 3 August, 2026
