Security Jobs, Richland Security Services Jobs. Operations Manager oversees security operations, field personnel, and service compliance, requires a Security/Business Degree and 5+ years operational experience.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Military Science, Criminology, Security Management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in the private security sector.
• Previous experience in Military Background is an added advantage.
• Previous experience serving as an Operations Manager or in a senior security operations role will be an added advantage.
• Demonstrable experience in managing security operations, personnel deployment and client assignments.
• Strong knowledge of private security operations, security procedures and risk management.
• Good understanding of security standards, operational policies, procedures and regulatory requirements applicable to the private security sector in Kenya. Proven ability to supervise, coordinate and manage large teams of security personnel across multiple assignments.
• Strong skills in deployment planning, duty allocation, relief management and operational coordination.
• Ability to conduct site inspections, operational assessments and security risk assessments and implement appropriate corrective measures.
• Strong client relationship and communication skills, with the ability to handle client concerns and operational complaints professionally.
• Ability to prepare and review operational reports, incident reports and performance reports.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, problem-solving and crisis-management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, respond to emergencies and make sound operational decisions in a timely manner. High level of integrity, discipline, professionaliam and accountability.
• Proficiency in computer applications and operational reporting systems.
• A valid driving licence will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of electronic security systems, VMS, CCTV, access control, alarm response and other security technologies will be an added advantage.
