## Job Description

Responsible for overseeing daily operations, coordinating teams, improving business processes, managing resources, and ensuring the organisation meets its performance targets. Requires a degree in Hospitality Management , Operations Management, or a related field with 8 years’ experience. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Nairobi.

Amaica The Restaurant Limited is a leading hospitality brand celebrated for authentic African cultural dining experiences. With multiple locations in Nairobi, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Operations Manager to lead and enhance our Food & Beverage operations across all outlets.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Food & Beverage Management or related field

- Minimum 8 years’ experience in Food & Beverage operations, including at least 5 years in a senior management role

- Proven multi-outlet restaurant experience

- Strong commercial acumen, leadership and digital reporting skills

- Knowledge of operational SOPs, inventory management, procurement and cost control
