• Accra (with frequent travels to station sites)🏢 Department: Retail and Operations📋 Reports to: General ManagerWe're looking for a hands-on Operations Manager to oversee maintenance, engineering, and regulatory/HSEQ compliance across all our fuel stations.What you'll do:✅ Coordinate repairs, maintenance & engineering of station equipment✅ Monitor compliance with brand, regulatory & HSEQ standards✅ Conduct variance analysis and operational performance reviews✅ Support site staff training on operational & safety standards✅ Supervise the Retail & Operations Analyst, Station Managers, and Liaison SupervisorWhat we're looking for:🎓 Advanced degree/master's in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field ( professional certification is a plus)💼 5 to 10 years practical experience in retail operations/facilities management (FMCG/OMC background is a plus)🔧 Strong knowledge of HSEQ and regulatory compliance🤝 Excellent team building and communication skills 📩Interested and qualified candidates should send theirCV to hannah.lamptey@gridpetroleumghana.comKindly use name and position applying for as subject of the email, e.g *"John Smith
