WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU!OPERATIONS MANAGERCedar EstateKEY PURPOSETo oversee the daily operations of the hotel and ensure high standards of service, efficiency, and profitability across all departments, with direct oversight of Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and Maintenance. Must have working knowledge of kitchen operations to support F&B consistency.REQUIREMENTSDiploma or Degree in Hotel Management3–5 Years’ Experience in a supervisory/Managerial role in a hotel/lodgeProven experience managing multiple departments: FO, HK, F&BBasic understanding of food cost, stock control, menu standards and budgetingSKILLS AND KNOWLEDGEOperations Management: Scheduling, budgeting, guest satisfaction, and cost controlLeadership: Team management, training, conflict resolution, performance reviewsF&B & Kitchen KnowledgeBudgeting and managing departmental costsCustomer Service: Strong guest response and complaint handling skillsCommunication: Excellent English.
