Read more about this company Office Assistant Job Type Full Time , Onsite Qualification Secondary School (SSCE) Experience 1 year Location Lagos City Ikeja Job Field Administration / Facilities Working Days: Monday – Friday Salary: N80,000 Job Summary We are seeking a reliable, organized, and proactive Office Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office. The ideal candidate will assist with office errands, maintain office organization, support staff with routine tasks, and perform general administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities
Run official errands to banks, government agencies, vendors, clients, and other designated locations. Receive and distribute incoming documents, parcels, and correspondence. Assist with filing, photocopying, scanning, printing, and organizing office documents. Maintain proper filing systems for both physical and electronic records. Ensure the office is clean, organized, and adequately stocked with supplies. Monitor office inventory and notify management when supplies need replenishment. Support HR and administrative staff with day-to-day office operations. Prepare meeting rooms and provide support during meetings when required. Assist in coordinating deliveries and dispatching documents. Welcome visitors and direct them appropriately. Handle basic record keeping and data entry tasks. Support staff with other administrative and operational duties as assigned. Ensure confidentiality when handling company documents and information.
Requirements
Minimum of SSCE qualification. 1 year of experience in an administrative or office support role is an added advantage. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook). Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision. Honest, trustworthy, and dependable. Physically fit and willing to carry out outdoor errands. Required
