## Requirements

Degree in Mining Engineering or a related field; recognised Competent/Qualified Person for mineral reserves and resources reporting; and five to eight years of hands-on open-pit mine planning experience as stated by Newmont. Applicants should have site experience, advanced planning and scheduling skills, knowledge of mine design software such as MineSight, Vulcan or Deswik, cost modelling, technical report writing, and the ability to lead engineers and work with senior stakeholders.
