## Job Description

Fastway Couriers is on the look out for a new business Sales rep!

Starting November/December 2026, this person needs to:

&#x2611;&#xfe0f;Drive new business development and identify opportunities to grow Fastway&rsquo;s client base.
&#x2611;&#xfe0f; Prospect, engage and build relationships with potential clients.
&#x2611;&#xfe0f; Communicate confidently and professionally with stakeholders across all levels of management.
&#x2611;&#xfe0f; Present Fastway&rsquo;s courier and logistics solutions to prospective clients.
&#x2611;&#xfe0f; Manage the sales process from prospecting through to negotiation and closing.
&#x2611;&#xfe0f; Work independently to meet agreed sales targets and business development objectives.

Skills required:

You're the right fit if you have:

&#x2611;&#xfe0f; A proven track record in new business sales
&#x2611;&#xfe0f; Minimum 5 years&rsquo; sales experience
&#x2611;&#xfe0f; Courier, logistics or related industry experience advantageous
&#x2611;&#xfe0f; Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
&#x2611;&#xfe0f; Own reliable vehicle
&#x2611;&#xfe0f; Ability to self-motivate, be organised and results-driven&nbsp;
&#x2611;&#xfe0f; Comfortable communicating with all levels of management
