## Job Description

New business development and growth of client base within the folding carton packaging sector, focussing on Healthcare, Personal Care, Confectionery and FMCG sectors.

The role will include the following:
Planning and execution of selling strategies.Meeting monthly and annual new business sales (with associated gross profit) targets.Marketing of the Company’s range of products .Finding and developing solutions to meet client requirements.Aggressively developing new customer base with focus on folding carton packaging, blister cards and package inserts.Handling new business-related calls, queries and associated administrative duties.
Required
Matric plus marketing degree/diploma essential, not negotiableA minimum of 5 years sales experience with at least 5 focused on New Business Development in the printing / packaging industries and target markets.Proven history of the achievement of sales growth in new business during the last five years, preferably in the target marketsFluency in both English and an indigenous language.Good understanding of the use of ERP systems in business.A results and self-driven work approach together with the ability to plan, set goals and work according to strict deadlines.High levels of accuracy and standards of quality in work and dealings with customers.Computer literacy in the Microsoft Office Suite is essential.Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle is essential.
