WE’RE HIRING
NETWORK TRAINING & ANIMATION SPECIALIST
To enhance partner engagement, improve network performance, and ensure implementation of brand and company standards across all network locations.
LOCATION
Lusaka
REPORTS TO
Retail Head
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support and animate the partner network.
- Conduct regular field visits and performance reviews across our retail network.
- Implement network engagement marketing initiatives and implement operational excellence.
- Deliver training and communication programs.
- Monitor compliance with operational and brand standards.
- Prepare performance reports and recommendations.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in franchise, dealer, distributor, or retail network management.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to travel regularly.
