## Job Description

Ecobank Rwanda is hiring a Network infrastructure & Systems Manager in Kigali. Reporting to the Head of Technology, the role oversees the availability, performance and security of the bank’s network and server infrastructure across its head office, branches, ATMs and disaster-recovery site. Responsibilities include Cisco LAN/WAN operations, firewalls and VPNs, Windows Server and Azure, Linux servers, VMware virtualization, backups, incident and change management, vendor coordination, and infrastructure reporting. ## Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications or a related field. Four to six years of hands-on network and systems administration experience, preferably in banking or financial services. Experience with Cisco routing and switching, next-generation firewalls, Windows Server and Active Directory, Azure services, Linux, VMware ESXi/vCenter, monitoring tools, and IT service management. Strong troubleshooting, documentation and stakeholder communication skills. CCNA is preferred; higher Cisco, firewall, Microsoft, VMware, Linux and ITIL certifications are advantages.
