Your daily routine would include:Conceptual planning and architecture design of the Radio Access Network.Define and implement RAN planning, dimensioning, and optimization strategies.Ensure best-in-class 5G, 4G network performance.Perform testing, tuning, and implementation of new and existing RAN features and parameters.Participation in A1 Group and cross-country activities.Spectrum strategy development.RAN modernization scenarios and long-term network strategy.Layering strategy and capacity optimization.VoNR, 5G SA launch, deployment, and optimization. We’ll know you can make it if you have:Experience in mobile RAN engineering.Knowledge of 5G and LTE radio network functionality.Strong understanding of RAN technical specifications and algorithms.Proven experience with network optimization and performance improvement. Nice to Have:Basic knowledge of automation AI/ML and network analytics tools.Basic understanding of IP networks.
