## Job Description

Nedbank Private and Wealth is hiring a Business Support Consultant to design and facilitate learning that strengthens colleague capability across banking and wealth management. The consultant will translate business strategy, products and processes into practical learning materials; coordinate capability programmes and change initiatives; partner with business leaders and subject specialists; and track delivery, risks and learning effectiveness. The role may be based in Johannesburg or Cape Town, requires travel, and follows a hybrid arrangement with three office days each week. ## Requirements
