Job Overview

Lead the nationwide expansion of the Apitherapy product portfolio by building and managing a strong pharmaceutical sales and distribution network across Kenya.

### Responsibilities

- Develop national sales and distribution strategy.

- Recruit, lead and manage regional sales teams.

- Build pharmacy, chemist, wholesaler and distributor relationships.

- Drive product listing, market penetration and sales growth.

- Set targets, monitor KPIs and territory performance.

- Monitor market trends, competition and new opportunities.

- Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations.

Qualifications

- Degree or diploma in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Technology, Life Science, Sales, Marketing, Business or a related field.

- 5–7 years’ pharmaceutical, OTC or healthcare sales experience.

- 3+ years’ sales leadership or supervisory experience.

- Proven team leadership and revenue growth.

- Pharmacy and distributor relationships are an advantage.

- Strong leadership, negotiation and analytical skills.

- CRM and sales reporting proficiency.
