NOTICE: ADDITIONAL SECURITY – MULTI-FACTOR AUTHENTICATION (MFA)

For enhanced account security, the Authority’s eRecruitment portal now uses Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). Applicants will therefore need to set up an authenticator application when accessing the portal.

To complete the setup

1. Install Microsoft Authenticator or Google Authenticator on your mobile device.
2. Log in to the careers portal and follow the on-screen instructions to set up MFA.
3. Scan the QR code displayed on the portal using the authenticator app.
4. Enter the 6-digit verification code generated by the app to complete the setup.

For subsequent logins, applicants will enter their password first, followed by the current 6-digit verification code generated by the authenticator app.
