Key Responsibilities for Pharmacy Jobs in Lusaka
Candidates selected for these roles will be expected to
- Provide exceptional customer service and pharmaceutical care to clients.
- Support business growth through effective sales and customer engagement.
- Accurately dispense medicines and offer pharmaceutical advice where applicable.
- Maintain precise inventory and stock records, monitoring expiry dates and stock levels.
- Prepare daily operational reports and assist with branch management tasks.
- Participate in community health awareness campaigns and promotional activities.
- Create compelling health-related content for WeCure Pharmacy’s social media platforms.
- Uphold high standards of professionalism, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications and Experience Required

| Pharmacist | Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) Registered or eligible for registration with the Health Professions Council of Zambia (HPCZ) |
| Pharmacy Technologist | Diploma in Pharmacy Technology Registered or eligible for registration with HPCZ |
| Finance & Operations Officer | Relevant qualifications and experience in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields |
Required Skills and Attributes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service and sales orientation.
- Good knowledge of medicines and pharmacy practice (applicable roles).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and POS systems.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Creativity and confidence in producing social media content.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Work Conditions and Location Preferences
Applicants must be willing to
- Work day, evening, and night shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Reside preferably in or near the following Lusaka areas: Chalala, Avondale, Chilenje, Woodlands, Libala, Salama Park, Ibex Hill, Chelston, PHI, Mtendere, Obama, or Kaunda Square.
- Maintain physical fitness to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
