Available Engineering Jobs in Kitwe – Positions Open Pumps Sales Engineer (Five Positions) Electrician Stores Manager Pumps Sales Engineer (Five Vacancies) Role Summary: Drive the promotion, marketing, and sales of industrial, agricultural, mining, and water pumping solutions, while delivering expert technical support to customers.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities. Promote and sell pumps and related equipment to diverse sectors. Conduct customer visits and perform site inspections. Prepare quotations and actively follow up on sales leads. Advise customers on pump selection and installation techniques. Maintain and strengthen customer relationships. Meet monthly and annual sales targets. Submit weekly sales reports to management. Coordinate with technical and stores teams to ensure product availability. Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and demonstrations.
Qualifications
and Experience: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural, Electrical, Mining, Water Engineering, or related fields. Minimum of three years’ experience in pump or industrial equipment sales. Strong knowledge of pumping systems. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. Valid driver’s license with willingness to travel extensively. Electrician – Solar Photovoltaic Systems Specialist Role Summary: Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair solar photovoltaic (PV) systems across residential, commercial, agricultural, and industrial applications.
Key Responsibilities
Install solar panels and associated electrical systems. Perform preventive maintenance and system testing. Troubleshoot and repair solar equipment efficiently. Prepare detailed installation and maintenance reports. Ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety standards. Provide customer training following installations. Diagnose electrical faults and support project implementation.
Qualifications
Diploma or Certificate in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Electrical Installation, Solar PV Technology, or related disciplines. Stores Manager – Inventory and Stock Control Role Summary: Oversee inventory management processes ensuring accurate receiving, storage, and issuing of stock to support operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Receive and inspect incoming goods for quality and accuracy. Maintain precise inventory records and conduct regular stock counts. Issue stock according to company policies and procedures. Monitor stock levels and prepare timely replenishment reports. Ensure proper storage conditions and maintain housekeeping standards. Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies. Prepare comprehensive inventory reports for management review.
Qualifications
and Experience: Diploma in Purchasing and Supply, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Agribusiness Management. Minimum five years of relevant work experience.
