Purpose of The Position - To strengthen quality, compliance, financial control, and risk management within the Motor Insurance portfolio through independent review of motor underwriting, policy administration, and claims processes. - The successful candidate will provide data-led assurance to the Head of Motor by identifying control weaknesses, potential fraud, claims leakage, cost trends, compliance exceptions, and emerging portfolio risks, while recommending timely corrective actions that improve profitability, reduce leakage, and reinforce operational discipline.
