Who we are looking for
We are looking for a mid-to-senior Motion Graphics Designer who combines strong creative thinking with excellent technical skills. You should be passionate about animation, video and especially fast-paced, social-first content.
What you will doCreate motion graphics, animation and video for digital, social, film and emerging platforms
Produce fast-turnaround content for TikTok, Reels and StoriesBring campaign concepts, storyboards and static designs to life through motionEdit, adapt and repurpose content for different platformsCollaborate with art directors, designers, copywriters and producersContribute creative ideas from concept through to executionStay current with motion, social and cultural trendsManage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining high-quality outputEnsure work aligns with client brand guidelines and visual systemsWhat you need5+ years' experience in motion design, animation or a similar role
Strong portfolio/showreel featuring motion, video and social contentProficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop and IllustratorExperience creating vertical social content for TikTok, Reels and StoriesStrong understanding of animation, typography, pacing and soundCinema 4D or Blender experience is advantageousStrong time management and ability to work under pressureCollaborative, hands-on approachComfortable working within a flat creative team
