VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT @ AGRIZEPOSITION: MONITORING AND EVALUATION (M&E) COORDINATORLocation: Lilongwe, Dowa, MchinjiOVERVIEW Agrize is preparing to implement an agricultural livelihood project targeting smallholder farmers. Agrize also provides drone services that expand access to digital and precision agriculture technologies, backed by technical and scientific support. The organisation specialises in drone spraying services and the replacement of traditional tractor-based operations with drones, helping farmers reduce water wastage and increase productivity through modern technology.Key Responsibilities- Design, implement and manage the project's Monitoring and Evaluation system.- Develop indicators, data collection tools and reporting frameworks aligned with project objectives.- Conduct regular data collection, analysis and quality assurance.- Prepare M&E reports, progress updates and learning documents.- Support baseline, midline and endline assessments as required.- Build the capacity of project staff and partners in M&E practices.- Ensure data is used for adaptive management and decision-making.Minimum Requirements- Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Statistics, Monitoring and Evaluation or a closely related field.- Practical experience in designing and implementing M&E systems for development projects, preferably in agriculture or rural development.- Strong skills in data analysis, quantitative and qualitative methods, and report writing.- Proficiency in statistical software such as SPSS, Stata and Excel is an advantage.- Experience with digital data collection tools is an advantage.- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.How to ApplyInterested candidates who meet the above requirements should submit:- A detailed Curriculum Vitae (CV)- A cover letter clearly indicating the position applied for- Copies of academic certificates and any relevant supporting documentsApplications should be sent by email to:recruitmentsagrize@gmail.comEmail Subject: Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) CoordinatorDeadline: 2nd October 2026Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.Agrize is an equal opportunity employer and encourages applications from qualified women and persons with disabilities.
