STADIO (Pty) Ltd is inviting applications for the position of: Module Coordinator – Business Communication Management

Start date 01 January 2027

Key roles and responsibilities:
Draft and review study material, lessons and class activitiesSetting of assessments, marking guidelines and rubricsLearning design for allocated modulesResearch and community engagementQualifications and experience | minimum requirements:
Master’s degree in managementAt least 3 years’ experience in higher educationA postgraduate qualification in management and business communication will be a strong recommendationExperience in drafting of learning material and assessmentsFunctional knowledge of the canvas learning management system would be advantageousKey attributes:
Independent and team work: Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.Communication skills: Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal abilities.Presentation and facilitation: Competency in delivering content and leading discussions or workshops.Computer literacy and E-learning: Proficiency with technology and online education tools.Planning and organizational skills: Effective in managing tasks and priorities.Time management: Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively.Knowledge and skills in relevant field: Expertise in the specific area of focus, with an emphasis on learning, teaching, research, community engagement, and leadership.Willingness to expand knowledge: Openness to learning and teaching across multiple fields of management
