## Job Description

A busy, retail print store requires the skills of a Graphic designer who is able to service both walk-in customers and existing customers design for a range of print products.

The position requires a hands-on creative designer who is confident working across print and digital and is well versed in preparing final artwork for print.
The individual needs to be able to manage multiple projects and deadlines with a good eye for detail. Must be a good team player and prepared to get involved in hands-on work.Proactive, adaptable and self-motivated.Strong communication skills and confident client-facing skills.Excellent organisational skills.Ability to produce accurate work under pressure.Skills required:
Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related fieldMinimum 3 years’ experience in a design role Experience designing flyers/leaflets, brochures, corporate stationery, signageMust be mac literate and have advanced proficiency in InDesign, Illustrator and PhotoshopStrong understanding of design, layout, typography, composition, branding and DTPGood - Excellent knowledge of pre-press, print production and preparing print-ready artworkExperience creating digital content for websites, social media and email marketing beneficialUnderstanding of Canva beneficialProficient in Microsoft Office and/or PowerPoint/KeynoteExcellent English language, grammar and written communication skillsStrong attention to detail, organisation, time management and ability to meet deadlinesKnowledge of WordPress and/or basic HTML/CSS will be an advantage, but not essential
