OVERVIEWWorkforce Recruitment Services seeks to recruit for the following positions on behalf of Nditha Rehabilitation Center. We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Medical Rehabilitation Technicians to join the team in Blantyre.KEY REQUIREMENTSDiploma in Medical Rehabilitation with over two years of work experience.Experience working with children, especially in pediatric rehabilitation, is an added advantage.Knowledge of basic rehabilitation techniques and patient handling.Knowledge in speech and language.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Compassionate, patient, and child-friendly attitude.Ability to work under supervision and as part of a team.Must be registered with the Medical Council of Malawi.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESConducting assessments for both children and adults with neurological or developmental conditions.Implement treatment programs for clients with paediatric conditions.Conducting speech and language therapy assessment for paediatric and adults conditions.Providing speech and language treatment.Educate caregivers on home exercise programs.Maintain accurate patient records and therapy notes.Ensure therapy equipment is clean, safe, and well maintained.Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.HOW TO APPLYInterested candidates are invited to submit their resumes and cover letters to:Email: application2.workforce@gmail.comPlease include "Medical Rehabilitation Technician" in the subject line.Application Deadline: 17th August 2026Please note that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
