## Job Description

Medical Jobs, Valley Hospital Jobs. Responsible for overseeing clinical services, diagnosing and treating patients, supervising medical staff, and ensuring quality patient care within the facility. Qualifications 

- Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBChB).

- Minimum 5 years’ post-internship experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role

- Registration and valid practising licence from the Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Council (KMPDC).

Key Competencies 

- Proficiency in general medical practice with ability to manage a wide range of conditions. 

- Strong leadership and team management skills with proven mentorship experience. 

- Knowledge of healthcare delivery systems, clinical governance, and hospital operations. 

- Capacity to manage emergencies and coordinate multidisciplinary care. 

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills. 

- Competence in using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and hospital information systems. 

- High ethical standards, integrity, and patient-centred approach.
