## Job Description

Medical & Health Sciences Trainer delivering training in clinical medicine, nursing or public health, requiring a degree, higher diploma or diploma in a health sciences field, TVETA registration and a technical education certification, in a training institute environment, on-site role.

Qualifications & Experience

- Degree, Higher Diploma or Diploma qualification in Clinical Medicine and Surgery, Nursing, Orthopaedic and Trauma Medicine, Theatre Nursing, Peri-Operative Theatre Technology, Applied Biology, Medical and Health Sciences, Public Health or a related field. 

- Must be TVETA Registered and Licensed.

- Must have a Technical education certification (pedagogy).

- Proven experience in the relevant profession.

- High level of reliability, flexibility and effectiveness.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.

- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for training and desire to create lasting impact on learners and the industry.

- Ability to work with diverse student groups and meet their learning needs.

- Professional training experience in a college will be an added advantage.
